As a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, I help ambitious and driven individuals break negative patterns, manage stress and unlock peak performance with combined cognitive-behavioural techniques, hypnotherapy and Rapid Tapping ®. I currently work online with clients across the UK and worldwide, making therapy accessible, flexible and effective wherever you are.

Please note that some conditions are beyond the scope of the support I can safely offer. These include PTSD, complex trauma, psychosis or schizophrenia, eating disorders, OCD, bipolar disorder, substance or alcohol addiction, psychosexual disorders, panic disorder and clinical depression.
